1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Boshqo at boshqo.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Boshqo is an AI-powered client portal for digital agencies. It allows project managers to upload reports and documentation, and provides clients with voice and text-based AI access to project information.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Boshqo (reports, documents, project data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit it as necessary to provide the Service — including sending text to AI providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs) for processing.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content you provide.

5. AI-Generated Responses

Boshqo uses AI to answer questions based on your uploaded documents. While we design the system to be accurate and grounded in your data:

• AI responses are informational and should not be treated as professional advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated answers
• You should verify critical information independently

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell access to the Service without authorization
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse API endpoints

7. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@boshqo.app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boshqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
