  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Boshqo platform
  • Process your documents and reports for AI-assisted Q&A
  • Send transactional emails (invites, password resets, verification)

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • OpenAI — powers the AI assistant (text sent for processing, not stored by us beyond session)
  • ElevenLabs — provides voice synthesis and speech-to-text
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
  • Neon — managed PostgreSQL database
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Slack — optional integration for report submission

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Conversation transcripts are stored for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting info@boshqo.app.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure session tokens. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to info@boshqo.app.

7. Your Rights
